The inaugural William R. Ireland, Sr. Memorial Shotgun Drawing was held November 4, 2010  during the 34th Annual J.C. Webb Memorial Dove Shoot, hosted by the MMI Foundation and MMI Alumni Brigade. BG Van Carter of Selma, Ala., walked away as the lucky winner of the 1909 L.C. Smith 20-gauge, side-by-side shotgun. A truly classic collectible, this was the personal shotgun of Mr. William R. Ireland, Sr., generously donated by the Ireland family.
