Dear Future or Returning Cadet,
Prior to participating in activities and/or a sport at Marion Military Institute, you must provide the Cadet Health Center and/or Athletic Trainer with a current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert(s), up to date (within one calendar year) physical, and health history information.
